JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Vice President of Sales
to lead and scale our sales efforts in the
West Region , with a primary focus on the
San Francisco Bay Area
and surrounding markets. This individual will have a proven track record of success in large enterprise B2B sales, a deep understanding of our industry, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic vision, and senior-level client relationships. The role offers a
potential OTE of over $400,000 , reflecting both base and performance incentives. This position will require about 50% travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the West Region to achieve aggressive revenue targets and business growth objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the West Region, with a focus on key verticals and enterprise accounts.
Collaborate with alliance partners, including Cisco, Palo Alto, NEAT, Juniper, Microsoft, and others, to drive joint sales efforts and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring EOS IT Solutions is seen as a trusted partner for addressing their evolving IT needs.
Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to proactively position EOS for future success.
Conduct market research to identify business expansion opportunities and strategies for differentiation in a competitive market.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Provide regular, data-driven sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior leadership.
Recruit top talent from the market, while developing and nurturing existing team members to their fullest potential.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
10+ years of demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, particularly using a consultative, outcome-focused approach.
8+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
Expertise in MEDDIC or MEDDPIC sales methodologies.
Strong, values-based leadership with a passion for mentoring and developing a diverse sales team.
Adept at managing sales forecasts and developing strategies to close gaps and achieve ambitious goals.
5+ years of experience in IT managed services, networking, and the AV industry.
Proven ability to close large enterprise deals through strategic, relationship-driven approaches.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a keen ability to identify and act on market opportunities.
