Job Title: Program Manager – Executive Compensation

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with a deep understanding of executive compensation to lead a critical project within our organization. This role is essential for driving the development and implementation of our executive compensation program, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in executive compensation structures, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Workday ERP experience is required, with Workday implementation experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Project Execution:
Drive the execution of the executive compensation project, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Executive Compensation Expertise:
Apply a comprehensive understanding of executive compensation structures, including base salary, bonuses, stock options, deferred compensation, and other executive benefits to inform project decisions.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, IT, legal, and compliance teams to align all aspects of the executive compensation program with organizational objectives.
HRIS & IT Coordination:
Work closely with HRIS teams and IT departments to manage the technical aspects of system implementation, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
Senior Executive Communication:
Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and compensation committees, communicating strategic priorities and ensuring their requirements are addressed. Prepare executive-level reporting decks and presentations for Steering Committee meetings.
System Knowledge & Implementation:
Leverage knowledge of ERP or compensation systems, particularly Workday, to guide large-scale system implementations and enhancements.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Oversee all testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the system functions correctly post-implementation and meets business needs.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Program management experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on executive compensation.
Executive Compensation Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of executive compensation structures and best practices.
Technical Proficiency:
Workday ERP experience is required; Workday implementation experience is preferred.
Project Management Skills:
Proven ability to lead complex projects, with a track record of driving progress and holding teams accountable.
Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
