The Amazon Global Selling Marketing Team spreads awareness of selling globally and engages potential sellers through multiple channels to promote the sell on Amazon program. Our mission is to educate sellers on how they can become successful on the Amazon marketplace and understand the potential benefits to their business.The Digital Marketing Manager will lead search marketing, web analytics, and testing for our website content site. In this role, you will be the point-of-contact within the marketing organization for website measurement, A/B testing, and optimization. You will partner with content, communications, UX, and tech teams to prioritize measurement capabilities, develop and maintain dashboards for various marketing campaigns, and serve as a subject matter expert on website optimization, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.Key Responsibilities:Lead website management, search marketing (SEO/SEM), and email.Manage web analytics reporting and measurement for the AGS marketing content site, creating dashboards that enable marketers to measure the effectiveness of their channels and programs.Maintain a testing culture while executing A/B tests to achieve business goals.Conduct in-depth analyses to refine our understanding of the search space and uncover optimization opportunities.Translate analytical findings and channel insights into actionable business recommendations.Oversee email nurture programs and collaborate with internal teams to build nurture emails across the customer lifecycle.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.Minimum 6+ years working in digital marketing, including: (a) 3+ years in high-tech B2B demand generation; (b) 3+ years in Marketing Automation.Experience in creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using email, organic social, paid media, and CRM insights.Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools and Digital Performance Marketing (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.).Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving abilities.Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
