Foundation Surgical Hospital - San Antonio, TX.

About the Role/Facility:

$625k 1099 for 52 weeks with reasonable vacation buy-backM-F with no scheduled cases on the weekends and no ER patients.MD is on-call if there are inpatients. MD was called in two times last year.

If called back in the MD will be compensated at $325/hr

Team Consists of 5 CRNAs, 1 general AnesthesiologistCase types include Urology, Spine, Plastics, Ortho, Gen and BariatricsQualifications:
