**Job Description:**
- Position may float between units and affiliate hospitals nearby.- On-call is not required.- Weekends are required, working every other weekend or sometimes more.- Block schedules are not required.- Expected patient ratios are 1:1 or 1:2.- Approval for 48-hour shifts is granted.- Facility type is Short Term Acute Care with 418 total staffed beds.- Scrub color is flexible; all colors are permissible, with exceptions for certain departments.- Modules are non-billable, with an average of 16 hours spent on completion.- Orientation consists of 40 hours.- Candidates who refuse to float may face termination of assignment or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.- Communication devices necessary for job duties are provided; reimbursement for work-related cell phone use is available up to a maximum amount.- Time spent on modules is self-reported, with completion recorded in Workramp transcripts.
