The job description is for an
IT Support Technician
who will act as the "face of IT," helping personnel with computer issues and ensuring a seamless digital experience. The role involves providing onsite support, rotating between three local sites, and handling tasks such as hardware setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring security compliance. The technician will focus on identifying and fixing hardware issues proactively, managing devices to meet security standards, and assisting with new hire onboarding and IT initiatives.
Key Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED.Certifications: CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Support Professional, and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.Experience in help desk support and customer service.Strong technical and communication skills.Expertise in troubleshooting Windows, Mac, and iOS systems.Responsibilities:
Provide support for hardware, operating systems, enterprise applications, and user adoption of new IT services.Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the security of devices through updates and patches.Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and provide clear communication to non-technical users.
