Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in customer success or related field. 3 years experience building strong customer relationships. Excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communication skills. Ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences. Confident, high-energy, self-driven. Data driven.
