You will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical equipment, managing projects, and resolving any issues that arise. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of all electrical equipment, implementing regular checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and manage projects, coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Implement and enforce electrical safety management protocols, conducting regular audits and training sessions to ensure all staff are aware of safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise, working quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement in our processes and outputs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in electrical engineering and manufacturing technologies, recommending upgrades and improvements where necessary.
- Prepare and present reports on equipment status, project progress, and any issues or recommendations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in electrical equipment maintenance, project management, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety management, with the ability to implement and enforce safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and work well under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- A team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other engineers and technicians.
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
