Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year

Our approach emphasizes preventive care, health coaching, and technology-driven solutions to improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs for both employers and employees. We operate on-site health centers and also offers virtual care options to ensure convenient access to healthcare services!

You’ll treat individual adults primarily (Men and Women - 95%) and their children (5%) in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm - all so you can build and grow trusted relationships with your patients and help them reach their wellness goals.

This clinic serves a municipality, school system and a union that can access their services and don't have to worry about co-pays or deductibles!

Role highlights include:

• 40 hour per week position - no weekends required!
• On-call at most 2x/month - goes thru an RN triage!
• $30,000 sign-on bonus available!
• All barriers removed!
• No co-pays or deductibles!
• 10-17 patients per day!

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week

• Monday 7-3
• Tuesday 9-5
• Wednesday 7-3
• Thursday 10-6
• Friday 8-4

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Medicine Physician
• Medical doctor degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Active Indiana medical license
• Unrestricted medical license required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Must have primary care/family practice experience
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required
