Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Design and analyze mechanical systems.
- Conduct research to produce design specifications for machinery and systems.
- Develop, test, and evaluate theoretical designs and concepts.
- Oversee and coordinate activities involved in fabrication, operation, application, and installation of mechanical components.
- Review and critique proposed changes to engineering standards, policies, or details.
- Review architectural plans and blueprints to ensure they meet necessary design standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project completion within the stipulated timeline.
- Use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for simulation and design purposes.
- Provide technical advice to the project team, addressing design and production issues.
- Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in MEP and/or Structural design
- Proficiency in using Revit.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, machinery, material properties, and/or structural design.
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
- Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders efficiently.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects.
- Knowledge of industry, engineering, math, and materials principles is a plus.
