Location: Riverside, CA (with offices in Orange County, Riverside County, San Diego County)
We are a premier estate planning and elder law firm in California, offering personalized legal services in estate planning, probate, elder law, special needs planning, conservatorships, business succession planning, tax planning, and trust administration.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive estate planning services, including drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Advise clients on tax and asset protection strategies.
Manage probate and trust administration cases.
Develop and implement business succession plans.
Handle elder law issues, including conservatorships and guardianships.
Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Represent clients in estate and trust litigation.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and elder law.
Strong knowledge of California estate, trust, and tax laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
