Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Our esteemed organization is looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our legal team. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of legal issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of corporate law, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to work well within a fast-paced, high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

As a Corporate Attorney, you will:

1. Provide legal advice and counsel to the organization on a wide range of legal and policy issues, including but not limited to corporate law, contract law, employment law, and intellectual property law.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements and contracts.
3. Oversee and manage all corporate legal processes (e.g., intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents).
4. Develop company policy and position on legal issues.
5. Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate attorney, preferably within a law firm or in-house.
4. Proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality.
5. Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
