Qualifications:
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- California bar admission required.
- 8+ years of focused experience in labor & employment litigation.
- Strong understanding of federal and California state employment laws.
- Excellent legal research, analytical and writing skills; strong organizational and time management skills.
