Graduation from accredited nursing programBSN preferredMust have two (2) or more years full-time staff RN experience in Labor & Delivery prior to any travel/contract positionsExperience in similar size/type medical center(s) (600 beds, Level 1 trauma center, etc.) highly preferredJob Requirements
Current, unencumbered Hawaii RN license required to applyACLS, BLS/HCP, C-EFM and NRP (Advanced) required to applyAll licenses and certification must be current/valid through the duration of the entire assignmentOB travelers must be willing and able to float to Mother/Baby as needed or be 2nd RN in NBN/SCN based on operational needsAll compliance requirements must be completed and uploaded to Medefis portal 10 or more days in advance of contract start dateFailure to do so will delay start date (end date would remain the same) and shorten overall contractAll travelers are required to provide current vaccination for COVID and FLU based on CDC guidelines: Covid booster 2023 or later and current season (2024) flu vaccineSchedule Information
This is a 48 hour/week contract.Traveler will be expected to work four 12 hr shifts for the duration of the contractAdditional Details
Queen's is open to Hawaii residents, but they will not be offered traveler rates.
