Setting: Hospital Types of cases: General, Hearts, Heads, minimal healthy Pediatrics, Regional Blocks, Obstetrics, heavy Orthopedics, Gastrointestinal, Gynecology Credentialing time: 60 days Requirements: Board certification, active Florida license, Drug Enforcement Administration license.
