**Must-Have:**- Experience with non-invasive airway management- Peripheral line care/management skills- Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE usage- Proficiency in computerized documentation- Ability to activate rapid response teams
**Job Description:**- Manage O2 protocol effectively.- Provide care for patients recovering from strokes, heart attacks, pneumonia, multiple fractures, and spinal cord injuries.- Perform vital sign checks.- Administer intravenous therapy.- Conduct wound and ostomy care.- Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:6-8.- Be flexible to float to similar units within the facility as needed.- Undergo a brief unit orientation before starting.- Complete necessary modules during orientation.
