**Job Description:**
- Work in a PCU with 12 beds and a patient ratio of 4:1.- Collaborate with unit secretaries and a tech available for the unit.- Operate equipment such as GE Monitors, Nova glucometers, and Pyxis medication dispensing systems.- Utilize the Meditech documentation system.- Adhere to a schedule requiring work every other weekend and participation in a floating rotation.- Focus on patient experience by using AIDET, completing communication boards, and providing medication teaching.- Provide post-cath care including the use of TR bands.- Implement advanced pulmonary treatments and medication titration.- Wear charcoal gray scrubs as part of the required uniform.- Engage with a team recognized for outstanding awards and equipped with new technology.
