Senior User Experience Researcher

The Senior User Experience Researcher will play a key role in delivering intuitive and transformative experiences for clients and team members. They will work closely with other UX practitioners, designers, strategists, and stakeholders to conduct user research activities. Responsibilities include proposing and conducting strategic and tactical studies across software products, services, and platforms, as well as coordinating, planning, executing, and reporting on research activities. This individual must have a passion for user experience research, particularly in software development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct formative and evaluative user research to provide insights for product strategy Work cross-functionally with teams to shape and execute plans based on business needs Uncover actionable insights and evangelize findings at various levels of the organization Lead brainstorming sessions, needs analysis, and functionality workshops Investigate and evaluate User Experience Research trends in the industry and communicate recommendations to enhance UX processes Occasionally assist with creating interaction designs to support initiatives within Cox Automotive Dealer Operations Required Qualifications: 4 years of relevant work experience Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience (required) Expertise in end-user data collection involving complex web and mobile software applications Flexible approach and strong reporting skills Ability to partner and communicate effectively with stakeholders, designers, and engineering team members Experience with Pendo, Qualtrics, Figma, Axure, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, and/or other research or prototyping tools Deep experience and past success performing UX Research on software within an Agile SDLC Travel Requirements: Up to 30%
