Are you a skilled and experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RN looking for a challenging and rewarding career? Join our team as a Float Pool ICU RN and make a positive impact on patient care.
As a Float Pool ICU RN, you'll be responsible for providing critical care nursing services to patients in various units, including ICU, MTC, Step-Down, and PACU. You'll work closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and ensure patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide critical care nursing services to patients in various units, including ICU, MTC, Step-Down, and PACU.Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer medications.Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan.Job Requirements:
Active RN licenseMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar-sized facilityBLS and ACLS certificationsProficiency in EPIC EMRAbility to float to various units, including ICU, MTC, Step-Down, and PACUAbility to work holidays (no RTO requests for 11/27-11/30, 12/23-12/26, or 12/30-1/2)Travelers must work either Christmas Eve AND Day or New Year's Eve AND New Year's Day, plus Thanksgiving or Black FridayBenefits:
