Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Tax Department in a project management role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

Attending and documenting departmental meetings

Managing schedules and coordinating various appointments

Utilizing cloud-based software for time tracking and document management

Providing administrative support to associate attorneys

Maintaining and updating department agendas and prospective client lists

Facilitating internal and external communications

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and video conferencing platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
