Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced maintenance technician with a strong background in various technical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform preventive, predictive, and repair maintenance on production and facility equipment, buildings, and grounds.
  2. Support installation, inspection, and follow-up of equipment.
  3. Work on shifts, weekends, shutdowns, and overtime as required.
  4. Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
  5. Use a wide range of tools and equipment, including electrical, pneumatic, and diagnostic devices.
  6. Maintain regular attendance and work well in a team environment.






Special Requirements:
  • Pass a Maintenance test, written exam, and hands-on exam.
  • Extensive knowledge of 3-phase starter wiring, fire alarm troubleshooting, fabrication, precision measurements, pump/motor alignment, motor/pulley belt alignment, welding, and threaded piping repair.
  • Self-motivated with strong teamwork abilities.



Machines and Equipment Involved:
  • Multi-meters, oscilloscopes, welding tools (MIG, arc, gas braze), and equipment related to electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with reading schematics and diagrams.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Siemens CNC and PLC automation experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in welding, electrical systems, and mechanical repair is required.
  • Strong computer skills for accessing and entering work orders.
