We are seeking both entry level and experienced Tow Truck Operators eager to join a fast paced and growing team!

Our equipment is the best on the road, and we're looking for the right drivers. Are you ready to make the career you have been looking for? Essential Responsibilities:

Driving the tow truck to a pickup site

Communicating with the client for details of the vehicle

Duties entail very early and late pickup and delivery times, employee is on the road an extreme amount of time

Drives a Company vehicle in a safe, courteous and responsible manner avoiding traffic violations and accident

Quickly determining a course of action for moving a damaged vehicle

Securing a damaged vehicle to the tow truck

Transporting the vehicle to a service station or junkyard

Secures vehicles down and verifies the condition of the truck and the load, gets paperwork associated with the vehicle

Works carefully in such a manner as to prevent injury to yourself or damage to vehicles Complies with established Company policies and procedures

Provide exceptional customer service to our members in need of emergency mechanical help including

Makes proper notations on regarding vehicles

Transport cars between dealerships, body shops, branches and auctions as requested Qualifications Include:

Must have at least one year experience operating a tow truck

Must have a clean driving record

Must have at minimum, a Class E license

Good time-management skills

Attention to detail in high-pressure situations

Effective communication skills

Good physical dexterity and stamina

Strong customer service skills

The ability to follow instructions and procedures

Comfort working both independently and collaboratively

Demonstrates positive customer service attitude - both to coworkers and customers.

Able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in tight spaces

Ability to work in extreme weather

Sit behind driving wheel for extended periods of time

Successfully pass drug & background tests in compliance with company policy and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. **We Offer Competitive Benefits**
