Senior SAP Technical / Functional Test LeadOn behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking a Senior SAP Technical / Functional Test Lead.Senior SAP Technical / Functional Test Lead Role Details:Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability.Provide testing guidance and support to team members.Acts as a subject matter expert in designing and recommending quality/testing approaches and methodology.Review and/or provide quality assurance input to team members for testing deliverables.Schedule the test executions and oversee progress, quality, status, and results.Act as test champion and liaison to IT QA Change ManagementCoordinate with team members and IT resourcesProvide status updates to the QA Delivery ManagerResponsible for effective development and implementation of test strategies and plans to ensure that all information systems, products, and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirementsDevelop test strategy and plan and ensure adequate validation evidence is captured.Create status reports, closure documents, and testing validation in collaboration with testers for allManage defect resolution in HP ALMFollow and advocate for internal QA processes and procedures.Assist with detailed project plans and track progress throughout various stages of the project lifecycleAssist with meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and tracking risks.Report and escalate project performance to the Project Manager as needed.Willing to learn project management tools such as Smartsheet, and DevOps.Build relationships and partner with Project Team and Investment ManaSenior SAP Technical / Functional Test Lead Mandatory Skills:

20+ years technical experience for large projects including software testing and validation.Sr. QA test delivery lead with a minimum of 10+ years of SDLC experience10+ years experience in Micro Focus ALM Mid and Large Project efforts15+ year technicalHP ALM ExperienceExperience facilitating large global teamsDevelopment and implementation of test strategies and plansMust be comfortable not only facilitating testing efforts but also driving results to meet timelines.Highly organized and with the ability to lead and influence othersAdvanced knowledge of MS Office Suites of products, (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)Must exhibit excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and presentation skills, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.Must be able to communicate professionally (both verbally and in writing)Willing to learn project management tools such as Smartsheet, and DevOps.Senior SAP Technical / Functional Test Lead Desired Skills:
