Your Mission:
In this role, you will drive the acquisition and retention of customers through use of marketing channels, such as email, push, and SMS. You will lead and execute the customer relationship management (CRM) program across multiple channels to support the brand standards and align to company goals. You will align with marketing team to create, test, schedule, and execute CRM campaigns. Leverage data findings and analyze trends, to make recommendations and enhance marketing programs. This role will act independently and autonomously.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Drive acquisition and retention of new, active, and former customers through digital marketing channels. Lead the strategy and execution of email, SMS and push to support the company goals and strategic initiatives through leveraging data and insights. Partner with Digital Promotions Specialist to establish foundational customer insights informing targeted marketing Create segmentation strategies to support sales and marketing efforts. Monitor engagement across CRM channels and identify opportunities to drive consumer engagement Manage franchisee-facing Local Store Email Marketing (LSeM) Library from ideation process through implementation, communication and evaluation. Build, quality test, schedule, and execute campaigns utilizing digital marketing programs. Leverage data driven findings, analyze trends, recognize anomalies, and make recommendations for future CRM tests. Create and manage marketing calendar that defines the campaign cadence to support company goals in alignment with all other marketing efforts. Manage project timelines across cross functional teams to ensure on time implementation and execution of all phases. Integrate new internal and external data sources into databases and systems. Work cross functionally to manage all components of successful campaign execution. Seek out insights on new and upcoming CRM programs and methodologies to continuously improve and evolve the program. Manage third party vendor relationships beginning with selection and negotiation of services through projects completion. Build and maintain CRM training playbook including documenting new pages, fields, processes, and dashboards. Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, analytics or a related degree required. Minimum of 2 years of email marketing or digital marketing experience. Demonstrated experience utilizing various marketing platforms with solid understanding of email best practices and building CRM programs. Working knowledge of CRM marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, TCPA etc.) Experience leveraging customer segmentation to support campaign strategy. Experience demonstrating ownership over assigned key performance indicators. Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, produce high quality deliverables within assigned deadlines. Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Possess the highest integrity and ethical standards. Demonstrates strong initiative and self-motivation. MS Excel, SQL, Word, PowerPoint and Access experience preferred. Experience in Food Service, Quick Service Restaurant or pizza industry preferred.
