Responsibilities
Client delivery as part of an on-site or remote project team
Project Management
Collaborate with internal and client project team members, and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups
Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information
Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables
Perform research and business analysis
Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals
Support practice, thought leadership, and people development
Consulting Skills
Demonstrate the capacity to plan assigned work and identify priorities/interesting parties of the project/assignment, conducts regular points of progress
Present complex ideas, critical points and decisions required to team members and client contacts, including middle and top management
Manage, organize and prioritize work activities & assignments to achieve deadlines while communicating effectively with clients, internal stakeholders and leadership
Perform simple and complex research and business analysis to solve for customer business challenges/issues to present unique, tailored solutions utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data
Utilize higher-level methodological concepts to prepare client deliverables utilizing tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project and Visio, designing key deliverables for projects and supporting other consultants in the production of their deliverables
Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks and overall program health
Responsible for the work streams of a complex project and takes the lead on simple projects
Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information
Business Expertise Skills
Support practice, thought leadership, and people development activities firmwide
Cultivate knowledge related to a specific business challenge, issue, or deepen understanding within a sector and function domain
Share experiences related to business issues and demonstrate a capacity for knowledge transfer amongst peers and junior staff
Help contribute and support Sia’s growing U.S. Financial Service practice

Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of demonstrated management consulting experience
Experience with the implementation of AI/GenAI solutions
Partner with program managers and cross-functional partners to consolidate the coordination, tracking, and communication of project requirements, priorities, roadmaps, milestones, and status to key stakeholders
Work with Product Owners and small/large engineering teams to implement required business solutions
Define product roadmap as well as goals/metrics, methodology, and tools to measure these metrics
Build internal customer & stakeholder relationships to manage expectations and agree on clear objectives and timelines
Review new requirements and assess potential integration needs for new builds or third-party software
Identify risks and act on them to ensure the team and project are not derailed
Manage competing priorities and simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
Build subject matter expertise, stay up-to-date on technology, and identify key partnerships to help define team road maps
Switch from program level to task level issues in driving projects to completion
Work with peers of all levels, from front line analysts to high-level executives
Be skilled in project and priority triage work effectively within broad parameters, and operate with considerable autonomy
Conduct ongoing communication of team programs and reduce surprises by proactively managing risks
Seek opportunities to create efficiencies for people and processes through automation
Be self-motivated and perform independent and teamwork in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing
Compensation & Benefits
$116-119K + Annual Discretionary Bonus
