Imagine your leadership driving an offering that helps cultivate growth in our unique Facultative reinsurance broking business.YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO:Leads Facultative BrokingHas a direct focus on growing existing and new broking production - producing business and assisting in the development of sales and marketing strategy designed to cultivate revenue generation opportunitiesDevelops comprehensive new business sales and development plans for identified targeted prospects and existing clientsWorks closely in collaboration with broking team to focus efforts on the development of new contacts and building relationships with clients and prospects that align with business targets, with the understanding that volume of prospecting activity is essentialDrives Strong Client Service and Team LeadershipIdentifies specific client and prospect needs and develops innovative and cost effective solutionsMaintains at all times, a thorough understanding and knowledge of all available Aon resources and solutions available, and matching those to client business requirementsAchieves high client satisfaction by providing exceptional serviceFosters and promotes a team approach to both internal and external business relationshipsYOU BRING:A minimum of 10 to 15 years broking and/or underwriting commercial lines experience, with a focus on property insuranceStrong leadership and team building capabilitiesExcellent knowledge and understanding of commercial property insurancePrevious experience in reinsurance is an asset.Exceptional interpersonal skills with capability to interact with major clients to cultivate and maintain strong relationshipsExcellent communicator (both verbally and in writing) with internal and external clientsEntrepreneurial attitude with keen negotiation, business acumen and problem solving skillsStrong organization and time management skills, able to multi task and manage projectsAbility to work independently as a self-starter; committed to delivering the highest in client service, quality and resultsPrevious formal or informal experience in managing teams or direct reportsExpert with top notch client relationship management capabilitiesThe ability to embrace change in support of the business unit’s and company’s goalsProfessional demeanor with positive attitudeAbility to travelHow we support our colleagues:In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
