We are currently in search of a Senior Engineer, Workday to join our growing team at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Washington, DC. The Engineer is responsible for assisting in the support of all aspects of HRIS integrations and technical configurations. The Engineer is also responsible for participating in any future development activities, including system upgrades and the implementation of additional applications and functionality. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work across different teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Engineer reports directly to the Senior HRIS Manager within the Human Resources organization at CoStar. Responsibilities

Maintain inbound and outbound integrations with multiple vendors. Assist with the technical configuration to enable new Workday features in tracking, payroll, performance management, and benefits modules. Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to establish requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately configure, test, and deploy integration solutions. Identify opportunities within existing processes and implement scalable automated solutions. Establish processes/controls to maintain data integrity for critical fields feeding into other systems. Lead future development activities, including system upgrades and the implementation of additional applications and functionality. Coach power users on Workday functionality and ensure they are leveraging Workday to the fullest. Work on projects with a broad scope, involving multiple technologies. Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College. A track record of commitment to prior employers. 5+ years of development experience, including 3+ years of experience with Workday. Experience working with Workday in a technical capacity with HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Security, Report Writing, Integrations, and business processes. Experience in the development and maintenance of integrations using Workday’s core tools (Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Workday Prism, Core Connectors, CCB, Web Services, Enterprise Interface Builder/EIB). Able to demonstrate the creation of innovative solutions for complex Workday integrations. Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.). Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills. Ability to create project plans and timelines based upon understanding of tasks and milestones. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a proven ability to work with others. Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to business needs. This position offers a base salary range of $124,000 - $201,700, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
