The Clinical Lead will work alongside the Program Director in providing clinical support to clinicians at an outpatient mental health clinic as well as carry a caseload of 10-15 clients to be seen monthly. This job requires the employee to hold licensure in the field of mental health (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW). Additional roles and responsibilities are listed below.Responsibilities:
Maintain an ongoing caseload primarily of short-term psychotherapy clients.Assist consumers to identify and meet goals.Link consumers with other appropriate service providers as well as Medi-Cal related services.Provide individual and group assistance to consumers.Complete case files and appropriate paperwork as required, including intake assessments.Provide clinical support on basic tasks to staff, as requested by supervisors.Provide administrative support to the Program Director as requested.Uphold MHA’s treatment philosophy and policies.Consult with the Program Director and other staff, as necessary.Attend weekly staff meetings.Participate in training of Medi-Cal covered services and events as appropriate.Perform related duties as assigned and/or required.Job Type:
