to join a highly skilled team. Office conveniently located on main hospital campus.
Position Details:Full-time hospital employed positionTeam: One Endocrinologist and three APP'sOffice conveniently located in medical office building which is connected to the inpatient hospital and outpatient care center.Diabetes Education located within same clinic space.Open to 4 or 5 day work week schedules.Equipment in Practice: A1C machines, ultrasound machine for Fine Needle Aspirations performed in office.EPIC Smart RoomsFamily Medicine Residents and Medical Student on siteHospital newly built in 2008
Compensation Details:Generous Base Salary with Productivity IncentivesSigning bonusExcellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverageBenefits: 403b with company match, 457f, health/dental/vision, PTO and country club membership included30 days paid vacation annually$5K annual CME allowance
