About the Role:
Beyond Finance is looking for a Senior Analyst on our Lifecycle Marketing Team. This position is focused on driving forward the performance of the critical communication touchpoints to improve business KPIs related to customer retention. This person will span across digital and offline customer communication channels leading cross-functional efforts and executing on strategic, measurable marketing initiatives. This person will influence and/or lead decision-making through balancing data-driven results/analysis with the customer experience. We are looking for candidates who are excited about developing and executing on customer retention related KPIs as well as improving upon existing processes and operations.
What You'll Do:
Manage communication initiatives that focus on new projects and/or existing channel funnel optimization to improve customer retention KPIs; Initiatives will require end-to-end execution from initial assessment through analysis, recommendation, and implementation.Deeply understand the customer journey and how it relates to business KPIs.Identify trends and opportunities for improving customer experience/outcomes and operational processes, then bring these opportunities to life.Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to execute on initiatives including marketing, product, client services, strategy and operations, engineering, design, legal and others.Build and/or maintain operational dashboards and reporting suite to track, manage, and provide valuable insights on metrics and KPIs.What We Look For:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.4-6+ years' experience preferredResults driven and love to dive into the data to inform decisionsAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgencyHungry to work hard, learn fast, be a key business driver, and do hands on workOutstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problemsComfortable with ambiguity and possess a 'figure it out & get it done' mentalityExcellent analytical skills; solid understanding of experiment design, measurement, and analysis (i.e. A/B testing) and the ability to make recommendations supported by data-based rationaleStrong communication and project management skillsComfortable with HTML/CSS and have used customer engagement platforms a plusPrior email, SMS and/or direct-to-consumer marketing experience a plusWhy Join Us?
