Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Contribute to development and execution of print and digital marketing tactics to support disease state education about MS and launch tactics for tolebrutinib.
Work with the digital team to develop branded customer websites and execute annual review process of all the digital assets (DSE and branded).
Lead media plan development and execution, including social media strategy and execution.
Contribute to the development, creation, and implementation of unbranded and branded promotional materials, digital and print.
Lead congress planning activities for the brand, partnering closely with marketing agencies of record (AoRs) to set strategy and execute congress tactics.
Contribute to POA planning and field team pull-through.
Manage relationships with agency partners to ensure successful development and execution of marketing strategy and tactics on time, within allocated budget.
Effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Lead the development, management, and evolution of Peer to Peer programming and speaker training.
Participate in several brand critical initiatives such as brand planning, competitive planning, budget management, market research, and message & creative evolution.
Champion material through Promotional Review Board (PRB).
Ensure that all marketing processes, documents, and tactics are developed and implemented in accordance with Sanofi Genzyme corporate compliance guidelines.
About you
3+ years’ experience in product/brand management in the US pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries.
A comprehensive understanding of the key dynamics driving the US health care environment.
Ability to quickly understand and communicate all clinical data/publications to support business objectives.
Understanding of market research, creative development, and experience with the regulatory review/approval process.
Ability to interact widely and effectively both within the company and with cross-functional partners.
Soft and technical skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinking and prioritizing capacity.
Analytic and synthesis capacity with the ability to understand, simplify, and communicate effectively with others.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups.
Ability to think creatively and lead innovative projects.
Performance orientation and ability to drive, work, and deliver along agreed timelines.
Readiness to travel (up to 20% of time).
Education:
BS/BA required
