Nationally recognized hospital is seeking a Hematology/Oncology provider to join an established practice to continue to bring world-class healthcare to Minnesota.
Practice Details:
Current Oncologist is seeing as many patients as she prefers - You will have the same autonomy from Day 1.4-Day, 32-Hour work week with additional flexibility offered.Ability to do mostly Oncology or a solid traditional mix of both Hematology and Oncology.Hospital is the first in Minnesota history to be named a Top 20 Rural and Community Hospital in the country.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary in the $625,000 range plus RVU production with sign on package well into the six-figures.Comprehensive benefits include 6 weeks' vacation, full family medical coverage and matching retirement plan of 11%.
Community Details:
West-Central Minnesota Resort Community that has been named the Best Minnesota Town on several occasions.The area has nearly 100 lakes - Lakefront living is offered as close to 5 minutes from the hospital.Nationally renowned school system with 4 public schools built in the last 5 years, including a new $68M high school.An easy 2-hour drive along Interstate 94 to Minneapolis with a nearly 35% less cost of living.Just 1-hour from St. Cloud, another popular vacation destination in the region.
