This Technical Product Manager role will focus on building consumer experiences for patients and clinicians across mobile and web technologies that drive short and long-term growth within domestic and international markets. You’ll collaborate with a team of product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to drive data-informed decisions, develop roadmaps, and make strategic product decisions to help millions of patients in some of their most challenging moments of need.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product leadership on strategy and roadmap executionOwn, manage and drive a prioritized product backlog and collaborate daily with our product managers and engineering leads to deliver quality features and products within the expected timelineExecute delivery of key product documentation and components:
Detailed user stories with technical and non-technical requirementsDetailed Product Requirements Definition (PRD)Product Release PlansKPIs - product SaaS license bookings, SaaS AAR, SaaS AAR Growth rate; gross margin, contribution marginMarket share vs SAM; competitive product positionTraining, implementation, and user guidesProduct marketing materials and support
Liaison with and participate in product sprints with SW/AI development teamsClient referenceability with regard to value deliveredReleases on schedule with functionality as promisedPartner closely with product, engineering and UX to develop detailed and actionable epics and storiesBe the voice of the user: collaborate with our clients and users to attain a deep understanding of their needs and wantsEvaluate user feedback and improvement areas to identify new feature opportunities that will guide our roadmapCollect internal stakeholder and partner teams’ feedback for feature development and enhancementsMonitor and report on users’ reactions and usage post launchAssist with market research and competitive analysisEvaluate market competitors for emerging technical features and technology trendsPerform product demos and trainingRequirements:4-6 years in a product management roleComputer Science or engineering degree, preferred but not requiredExperience building an end user productExperience with mobile products and analytics/benchmarking/reporting highly preferredAbility to manage self and team to goals and deadlinesExperience working with development and UI/UXExperience with lean / agile methodologiesHealthcare experience is a plusOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalAdhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulationsExperience building healthcare enterprise platformsUnderstanding of APIsAI/ML experience is a plus
