This team is responsible for creating new AI/ML-powered capabilities across all EG brands and lines of business and to personalize Travelers' experience. In this role, you will be driving the strategy and development of new AI/ML capabilities using Generative AI and Natural Language Processing technologies that enable travelers to discover inspirational content and efficiently plan their trips.In this role, you will:Define an overall vision and strategy to maximize impact and innovation of using GenAI for Traveler Products at Expedia Group.Develop a roadmap of proof-of-concept for new GenAI-first use cases including the integration of existing TravelerOne ML capabilities with Conversational AI experiences.Define an AI quality framework for GenAI and Conversational AI experiences.Partner with other TravelerOne Product Managers to personalize GenAI and Conversational AI experiences.Coordinate market research and competitive analyses to identify trends and opportunities in the GenAI space.Manage the entire product lifecycle of a suite of features from ideation to rollout.Lead a cross-functional team, including ML science, ML engineering, UX and front-end PM partners.Establish strong partnerships and influence Experience product teams to foster adoption of AI capabilities.Experience and qualifications:You have 8+ years of relevant product management experience, including at least 4 years of experience in shipping data, ML, and AI-centric products.You have extensive experience designing technical products that leverage data, machine learning/artificial intelligence.You have experience developing a long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.You possess knowledge of different machine learning domains and algorithms.You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent related professional experience).Preferred: You have 2+ years experience managing GenAI, LLM, Conversational AI, or natural language processing products.You exhibit a bias for action and can influence senior stakeholders through excellent communication skills.Your robust analytical skills drive data-informed decisions.The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $173,000.00 to $242,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $277,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.
