Fellowship position is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships (RPIF) and

Johnson & Johnson.

Program emphasis is in

Global Medical Affairs, Oncology.

This

2-year

Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to

become proficient in strategic planning and operational execution of activities to support the Global Medical Affairs Oncology therapeutic area.

The fellow will be responsible for communication of scientific data to internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals around the world. Additionally, the fellow will manage key scientific evidence generation activities to support the Global Medical Affairs strategy. The fellow will be assigned to support an asset/functional team during their first year and rotate to another team for their second year based on business needs. The Fellow will gain an opportunity to work cross-functionally to support marketed and investigational compounds within the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Oncology portfolio.University-based experiences complement the industry experiences and include a Professional Development Series; opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching; and participating/leading Rutgers Fellowship committees.
