Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician as we plan for the retirement of a physician with a very large practice. Solo provider clinic, shares a building with a walk-in clinic. Established practice currently covered by an APP.
Compensation and Benefits:
FM - $300,000 + bonus based on RVU productionIM/Peds - $315,000 + bonus based on RVU production$40,000 sign-on bonus$30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)Quality bonus potential, 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)33 days of time off5 days + $6,000 CME annually1:4 callThe Community:
The area is centrally located between major metropolitan centers, offering convenient access to Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis, all within a two-three hour drive via interstate highways.Residents of this community enjoy short commute times, typically less than 15 minutes door-to-door, allowing for more quality time with their families and engaging in leisure activities.
