WEBTOON adaptations are available on Netflix, Prime Video, Crunchyroll, and other screens around the world, and the company’s content partners include Discord, HYBE and DC Comics, among many others.We’re looking for a social media content producer who can ideate entertaining video concepts based on WEBTOON’s series and brand personality, has a pulse on trending pop-culture, and captures the attention of Gen-Z audiences. You will work with external talent and internal stakeholders across Marketing, Partnerships, Creative, and Content.
What You Will Do
Produce social media concepts and content initiatives that entertain and engage action, fantasy, anime, and gaming fans as well as comic fans.Produce a large volume of short-form video content to be distributed via owned-and-operated and partner channels on TikTok and YouTube Shorts.Identify influencer/partner channel opportunities that extend the reach of our brand’s social media lore and personality.Update and track multiple content creation and upload schedules to ensure timely delivery of creative assets by working closely with internal Creative team and external partners.Schedule, organize, and monitor content performance with social media management tools (e.g. Sprinklr, CreatorIQ).Other duties and projects as assigned.
Who You Are
You must have at least 2 years of experience producing social media content in the entertainment space.You have a proven record of content that increased reach and engagements of the channel(s) you managed.You’re overflowing with social media ideas based on pop culture, memes, and stories.You thrive on producing entertaining, trending content that resonates with Gen-Z audiences.As a HUGE plus, you’re deeply engaged in WEBTOON and entertainment, especially with action, fantasy, anime, and gaming.You must be knowledgeable about social media platforms from the brand perspective, including (but not limited to) TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.You can work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
