Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Assess and define business needs and areas of improvement on the Now PlatformWork with stakeholders and be the interface between the development teams and the wider businessCreate roadmaps based on approved demands and monitor progress against plansBreak requirements into user stories that are suitable for iterative, incremental developmentActively engage with stakeholders and establish a cadence to report on progress and provide key communicationsPartner with Release Managers to review the release train cadence and ensure demands are deployed on timeWhat you get to do in the Business Process Architect role:Identifies new opportunities to use Client to achieve the organizations objectives.Leverages process innovation and visualization tools to design new business workflowsConducts design thinking workshops for workflow designDocuments business processes and maps them to Client capabilities.Drives the automation and digitization of legacy ways of workingWorks with the innovation developer to develop and deploy solution prototypesDefines project success metricsWhat you get to do in the Project Manager role:Plans project scope and establishes measurable goalsEstablishes the projects timelines and manages the project, including escalations, to complete the project on schedule and within budgetWorks closely with the Client engagement manager and all other team members to plan, manage, and deliver releasesAttends project governance meetings and scrum meetings, if applicableOrganizes the project kickoff and process workshop(s) Facilitates activities through training, testing, go live, and post go live supportWhat you get to do in the Quality Assurance Lead role:Possesses knowledge of the Now Platform and applications and how theyre used internally and can interpret and validate technical specifications and designsValidates the application functionality built by developer(s) and the system administrator prior to promoting configuration into productionCreates test plans and coordinates test activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Key Skills; ServiceNow, ITIL, Agile.ClientStrong technical foundation and working knowledge of the Client platform, its applications, and application navigationITIL FoundationAgileProficient analysis skill and capability to identify downstream implicationsOrganized and detail orientedExceptional communication skillsThe ability to develop and forge strong relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholdersClient IT Service ManagementClient Test Management SuiteSAFe AgilistMiroOur client is a leading
