Seeking an additional Hematology-Oncology physician for a Duke affiliated community cancer center. Hired physicians can be involved in community-based clinical research if desired. Call is consultative only with no rounding responsibilities. Beautiful Center that offers both hematology/oncology and radiation oncology in the same center with outstanding staff and community support. Practice has 1.5 experienced hem/onc physicians and support from advanced practice providers. There are also 1.5 radiation oncologists. Health Care System is a community-owned and controlled not-for-profit organization located in southeastern North Carolina near the South Carolina border. Hospital is rated Four Stars by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid and is in the top 25th percentile in the nation for quality care.
