• Begins upon successful credentialing (Temps Possible)
• Mon - Fri (7a-5p)
• Call: 1:5 OT: optional
• 5 main ORs and 2 ORs in ASC
• Cases: B & B
• No Heads, Hearts, OB, etc .
• Supervision: of 1:3
• EMR & 2 other systems
