• at least 2-3 to start as soon as possible, also looking at 2020/2021 residents as we anticipate continuing to have needs in this area
• need multiple physicians (MD/DO, FM/IM/IM-Ped) and/or experienced family practice/primary care PAs/FNPs outpatient family practice clinic, M-F with extended hours)
• open to FM or Med-Ped MDs/DOs interested in participating in pediatrics call/rounds, or in OB call (non-surgical only), but this is optional outpatient only is available
• colleagues in office and exact schedule vary by location
• we need at least one provider willing to work til 9/9:30/10 pm 2-3 nights per week for extended-hours clinic if you have someone looking for a non-traditional schedule, please let us know (might be something like three 12-hrs, two 12-hrs + one 8-hr + one 4-hr, or whatever other creative schedule works out)
• full time is 40 hours/week with at least 36 hrs scheduled patient care and 4 scheduled as admin
• part-time FNP moving away in June, married MD couple moving (for a great opportunity one was offered) leaving in July and Sept.
• we may eventually consider locum (probably experienced PA/FNP, maybe MD/DO) depending on when we fill which spots
• providers usually live in Roanoke Rapids or Lake Gaston area, potentially Rocky Mount
