Alabama Pulm/CC Hospital employed Join 3 full-time PCC's, seeking 4 th SCHEDULE: Full Time, M-F CALL: 10 days/month (made b/w the 3 PCC's currently and will reduce w/ 4th PCC) EMR: Paragon (an AllScripts product) in hospital & all practices (hospital owned or private practice) SETTING: Clinic + ICU coverage PROCEDURES: vents, lines, para/thoracentesis, intubations, etc. (all ICU procedures) + YES to J-1's & H1b's non-profit & eligible thru Conrad 30 & ARC (Appalachian Regional Commission) program for rural areas w/o cap immigration attorney on retainer out of Birmingham, visa expenses paid & will sponsor Greencard COMPENSATION: MODEL: Income Guarantee (2 yrs) + Production bonus Income Guarantee: $450,000+ DOE Signing Bonus: $35,% @ signing 50% @ start BENEFITS: PTO: 20 days/yr CME: 5 days + $4,000 Paid Malpractice Insurance Relocation: $5,000 (if moving self), $10,000 (to move family) Health, Dental, Vision insurance Retirement: 401k
