Position Highlights

• Full time, Director, Psychiatry-Consultation Liaison. 3-5 years of experience in hospital-based consult liaison psychiatry preferred.
• Perform diversified hospital-based consultation-liaison (CL) psychiatry services
• Provide clinical supervision for Nurse Practitioners on the psychiatry CL service.
• Provide Leadership in developing policies, procedures for the CL service, along with provision of clinical and operational daily oversight of physicians, nursing and community health workers on the service.
• Provide weekend and holiday coverage in rotation with other Departmental clinicians as directed.
• Participate in quality improvement endeavors as indicated, and assure adequate, timely, appropriate medical record documentation and billing for patients seen by the psychiatry CL service.
