This role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for achieving results.What You’ll DoCreate and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with Aantomage’s overall business goalsLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and successIdentify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients.Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accountsConduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyaltySet and monitor sales targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to the executive team on sales performance and forecastsCollaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and enhance the customer experienceOversee sales budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROIRequirementsMinimum Education and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growthProven experience in education sales with a strong understanding of the industry.Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analyticsExceptional leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesExperience in Ed-Tech is a plusLocal candidates highly preferred.
