Cardiothoracic Surgeon Locums Job in Texas Ongoing Weekend Call Work

Jackson + Coker is seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon for an ongoing weekend on-call position in central Texas. The facility requires coverage for 1-2 weekends per month, and the successful candidate will be responsible for 100% of the 24-hour on-call coverage during the weekend. Experience in the full spectrum of Cardiothoracic Surgery is required.

Details/Requirements for Assignment :
Active Texas license or active IMLC required
Board Certified or Board Eligible required
Trauma Level II, 200+ bed hospital
Facility Seeking 2-3 weekends per month
100% 24 hour Call
Experience in full gamut of CT surgery required
1 Full-time CT Surgeon Available on staff
2 CT Advanced Practitioners on staff
Ongoing Opportunity starts ASAP(Oct/Nov target start)
EMR is EPIC

Dates Available:
November - November
December - December
Ongoing 1-2 weekends per month

Client requirements for privileges:
Client requires no appointment or privileges denied, revoked, terminated
Never had a license to practice denied, revoked, restricted or suspended
Not under investigation related to clinical competence, ethics by any state licensing agency
