Description
Commercial Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Review project plans and specifications. Define proposal requirements
- Prepare solicitation of subcontractors for bid proposals
- Prepare cost projections and project reports monthly
- Track, price, and negotiate change orders and cost charges
- Adhere to project scheduling
- Continually grow with the industry as building systems, materials and methods innovate
- Use software tools to aid in estimates and budgets
- Work directly with clients to define program requirements
Profile
Qualified Commercial Construction Project Manager Candidate will have the following:
- 4+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing projects ranging from $5-30M+ in value
- Thourough understanding of trade agreements, jurisdiction and negotiations, engineering, cost control schedules and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable in construction scheduling software and Windows applications
- Ability to manage multiple projects
