3 other general surgeons on staff 2 are hospital employed and 1 is independent.
No GI specialist in the area so surgeons are doing all upper and lower scopes.
Supportive medical staff and successful community hospital. Experienced surgical colleagues and surgical services support.
Call coverage is reasonable and would function at 1:4, but would like willingness to do 1:3 if necessary.
