RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ACCOUNTING CLERK
- The Accounting Clerk will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- The Accounting Clerk will verify and post details of business transactions, such as AR and AP
- The Accounting Clerk will work with order entries.
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close
- Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff.
- General Accounting, AP or AR experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
