Summary: Goldbelt CP Marine is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to support the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, ensuring technical and operational excellence. Review, analyze, and interpret complex data, reports, or industry regulations, providing insights and actionable recommendations. Assist in the development of training materials, procedures, and guidelines related to the specific subject area. Act as a key point of contact for addressing questions and resolving issues related to the subject matter. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the industry to provide accurate and up-to-date advice. Contribute to proposal development, business strategies, and other client-facing activities by providing expert input. Support the project lifecycle by reviewing designs, plans, and deliverables for quality and consistency with established guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and recommend effective solutions. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and methodologies related to the subject matter. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree A professional license or certification At least 15 years of unique specialized expertise or advisory level experience in executive/policy analysis and decision making in the specialized field of the work to be performed.
