Facilitate Agile Processes: Guide and coach teams on Scrum principles and practices, ensuring effective implementation of Agile methodologies within the banking context.Coordinate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.Remove Obstacles: Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress, fostering an environment where teams can thrive.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Backlog Management: Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that team efforts align with business objectives.Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against timelines and quality standards, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Mentorship: Coach team members in Agile practices, helping them to adopt a mindset of continuous improvement and self-organization.What's Needed?
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is highly desirable.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) used in Agile environments.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Capability to motivate teams and facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.What's in it for me?
